My name is Greg Metry. I was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic colon cancer in July 2012. The prognosis was grim. More than thirteen years later, I am still here — and I built this space for you.

Colon Cancer Real Talk exists for one reason:

To share what more than a decade of living with metastatic colon cancer has taught me — so that you do not have to figure it all out alone.

When I was diagnosed, there was no guide. No one ahead of me on this road handed me their experience. My wife Lalisa, my mother, and I researched, tested, reflected, and built our own strategy — combining modern Western medicine with Eastern holistic practices — to manage this disease not as a death sentence, but as a chronic condition.

That approach gave my journey a name: Reset the Clock.
